These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the enjoy app platform. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by the rules and obligations set out in this document. Please read everything carefully before proceeding.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and enjoy app ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager through the website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue using the enjoy app platform. enjoy app reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice, and your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the enjoy app platform, including sportsbook, slot online, live casino, and bingo. Where specific game or promotion rules exist, those rules supplement these Terms and must be read together with them. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the more specific rule will take precedence unless otherwise stated.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing enjoy app through any device — whether a mobile browser, desktop browser, or the dedicated mobile application — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. This agreement takes effect at the moment you click "Register," submit your account application, or otherwise engage with any feature of the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. enjoy app makes no representation that the content or services available on the platform are appropriate or available outside of the Philippines, and users who access the platform from other locations do so at their own risk and remain responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Acceptance of these Terms also implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document. We encourage all members to review those documents in addition to these Terms before creating an account. enjoy app may present updated Terms upon login or via email, and failure to object within the period stated in the notification will be treated as continued acceptance.
2. Eligibility & Age Limit
To register and maintain an account on enjoy app, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. The platform strictly prohibits access by minors, and enjoy app reserves the right to request proof of age from any member at any point. If it is determined that a member is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned subject to verification of the source of the funds. It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that minors in their household do not gain access to the platform using the account holder's credentials.
In addition to the age requirement, users must be legal residents of or physically present in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited at the time of play. enjoy app primarily serves members in the Philippines, and it is the member's responsibility to verify that participating in online gaming is lawful under any applicable regional or local regulations. Persons listed on self-exclusion registers or who have been excluded from gaming platforms for any reason are not eligible to hold an account.
enjoy app also reserves the right to restrict or decline registration to individuals based on certain risk, fraud, or compliance factors identified during the account creation process. Only one account per person is permitted — members found to hold multiple accounts may have all accounts suspended and balances forfeited in accordance with platform policy.
3. Account Creation & Security
When registering for an enjoy app account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure. enjoy app may require members to complete identity verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) procedures by submitting supporting documents such as a government-issued ID. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow anyone else to access your account. enjoy app will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been carried out by you, and the platform is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the member has failed to keep their credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify enjoy app support immediately through the official in-platform contact channel.
Members are encouraged to use a strong, unique password that is not used on other websites or services. enjoy app recommends logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. Account security measures implemented by enjoy app, including session management and activity monitoring, are in addition to — and do not replace — your own responsibility to keep your credentials secure.
4. User Obligations & Responsibilities
As a member of enjoy app, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the platform. You must not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair enjoy app's systems, servers, or networks. This includes but is not limited to attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the platform. Any use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with enjoy app's games or systems is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Members are prohibited from using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. enjoy app is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law. You agree not to deposit funds sourced from illegal activities, and you confirm that any Philippine Peso funds deposited into your account come from lawful sources. enjoy app cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies when required.
You further agree not to attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities, collude with other players, or engage in any behaviour that constitutes cheating. enjoy app monitors gameplay for irregular patterns and reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, or close accounts where manipulation or exploitation is suspected. Members who become aware of a bug or error affecting any game are obligated to report it through official support channels rather than exploiting it for personal gain.
5. Platform Usage Rules
enjoy app grants registered members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit any commercial use of the platform, resale of access, or use of platform content for purposes outside of personal gaming. All features of the platform — including sportsbook, slot online, live casino, bingo, and promotional tools — are provided for entertainment purposes, and the outcome of all games involves an element of chance that cannot be controlled or predicted by the player.
The platform may impose wagering limits, game-specific rules, time restrictions, or other controls at its discretion for regulatory, security, or responsible gaming reasons. These controls may be applied at the individual account level or platform-wide and will be communicated to members where practicable. Promotion and bonus terms are published on the Promotion page and form part of the platform's usage rules; members must comply with stated wagering requirements and qualifying conditions before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
enjoy app strives to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the platform's control may result in temporary unavailability of certain features. enjoy app will not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions, and open bets affected by technical outages will be handled according to the platform's specific technical failure policy applicable at the time of the incident.
6. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on enjoy app are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Members may deposit funds into their account using the payment methods listed on the Deposit page, which are updated from time to time in response to availability and member preference. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are clearly stated within the deposit interface. enjoy app does not charge deposit fees on its end, but third-party payment processors may apply their own fees for which enjoy app is not responsible.
Withdrawals are processed subject to identity verification being complete, any applicable bonus wagering requirements having been met, and the withdrawal request conforming to the minimum and maximum limits applicable at the time. enjoy app aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and any compliance checks required. Funds in a member's account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.
enjoy app reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large transactions or transactions that exhibit irregular patterns. Deposits made by a method must generally be withdrawn to the same method where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Members who encounter issues with deposits or withdrawals should contact support directly through their account dashboard for prompt assistance. All transaction records are maintained securely and available to members through the transaction history section of their account.
7. Limitation of Liability
enjoy app provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, makes no warranties or representations of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted and error-free operation. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer processes, and enjoy app makes no guarantee of any particular outcome or financial return. The risk of gaming loss is entirely borne by the member.
In no event shall enjoy app, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable to any member for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if enjoy app has been advised of the possibility of such damages. enjoy app's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by enjoy app's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. Members retain their statutory rights as consumers, and these Terms do not attempt to override or limit any rights that cannot be contractually waived under Philippine law or applicable gaming regulations.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
enjoy app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account where a breach of these Terms has occurred, where the account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity, where the member has provided false information during registration, where multiple accounts have been identified for the same individual, or where required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. In cases of suspension or closure due to a breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Real-money balances not connected to fraudulent or bonus-abuse activity will be returned to the member through the original deposit method after any applicable verification is completed.
Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting enjoy app support through the in-platform dashboard. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the member following standard withdrawal procedures. Members who close their accounts for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period instead of permanent closure, which can be arranged through the support team or by visiting the Responsible Gaming page.
enjoy app may also suspend accounts temporarily while identity verification, compliance checks, or dispute resolution processes are ongoing. During a temporary suspension, the member will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or access gameplay. enjoy app will aim to communicate the reason for suspension and expected resolution timeframe where doing so does not compromise any ongoing investigation.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the enjoy app platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game content, promotional materials, text, and software — is the property of enjoy app or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No member or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the enjoy app platform without express prior written permission. The limited licence granted to members under Section 5 of these Terms does not convey any ownership rights in any platform content.
The enjoy app name, logo, and any associated trademarks or service marks are the exclusive property of the platform and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not offered by enjoy app, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among members of the public, or in any manner that disparages or discredits enjoy app. Members who become aware of unauthorised use of enjoy app's intellectual property are encouraged to report it through the platform's official contact channel.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
The enjoy app platform may incorporate games, payment gateways, or technical tools provided by third-party suppliers under licence agreements. While enjoy app takes reasonable steps to ensure that third-party integrations meet the platform's quality and security standards, enjoy app does not accept liability for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party service providers beyond what is legally required. Game outcomes delivered by licensed third-party game providers are governed by the certified logic of those providers, and enjoy app acts solely as the platform operator.
Any links to external websites, payment processors, or third-party resources that may appear in platform communications are provided for informational purposes only. enjoy app does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party website. Accessing any external resource linked from the platform is done entirely at the member's own risk, and enjoy app recommends reviewing the privacy and terms policies of any third-party service before engaging with it.
11. Changes to These Terms
enjoy app may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in platform operations, applicable law, regulatory requirements, or product offerings. When material changes are made, enjoy app will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice upon login. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect when the most recent version was published. Members are responsible for reviewing updated Terms and should check this page periodically.
Your continued use of the enjoy app platform after updated Terms have been notified or published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revision to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8. enjoy app will retain records of prior Terms versions for reference purposes and will make a copy available to members upon written request through the official support channel.
12. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the Philippines. Both enjoy app and its members agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the platform shall first be subject to good-faith resolution attempts through the platform's official support channel. enjoy app aims to resolve member complaints promptly and fairly, and members are encouraged to submit any dispute or complaint in writing through the in-platform support system before pursuing any other remedy.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate judicial or regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the matter in the Philippines. Nothing in this section limits any rights that members may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation laws. enjoy app is committed to transparent and fair handling of all member disputes and will provide documented responses to formal complaints in a timely manner.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of enjoy app to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
